CueCues are adorable, happy animals (and other things) with big shiny eyes and filled with love! These adorable animals were created and hand-drawn by 11 year-old Samantha Kuntz – who loves all things cute, adorable, and fluffy!
The name CueCue is a shortened form of CuteCute, and originated as a nickname Samantha’s brother gave her when she was only 5. Samantha and her brother Derek had an adorable and loving bond, and she would even talk to him in a delightful gibberish that they called CueCue language.
She was 10 years old when she first drew Queen Kitty, the original CueCue—an adorable kitty with big heartwarming eyes, and a crown, of course. She drew Queen Kitty over and over in her sketch pad, on sticky notes, and in school. Soon after, she added the message: Be as cute as you can be! And the adorableness multiplied from there…
She drew Frankenstein and then an adorable puppy with a witch hat for Halloween. For Veterans Day, she drew the cutest Statue of Liberty you’ve ever seen. She even made a CueCue solar system! More and more cute things began to appear, and so the CueCues were born!
At the age of 11, Samantha had published her first CueCue alphabet book for kids, and by the time she turned 12, she had completed and published THREE CueCue books for children, with a fourth book almost done…
